Welcome to my mindfulness practice! Let me just say off the bat that this is purposely imperfect. The down side of being a perfectionist for me is that if I feel it isn’t perfect, I won’t publish it (or do it when it comes to anything!). So expect some grammar errors, lack of varying sentence structure, use of duplicate adjectives, etc. I have to say that outright mostly for myself so I won’t spend too much time on each post…time is so precious and I’d rather just get my experiences, thoughts and insights out there. Mindfulness has become my passion, I believe it’s the key to happiness, peaceful mind, and the ability to love fully (oneself and others).
